How much luggage can I bring?

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. A good rule of thumb is two checked bags (e.g. suitcase, duffel bag) and one carry-on (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse).

If your checked bags exceed 50 pounds or the total dimensions for the checked bags exceed 80 inches (add length + width + height), or if you'll be carrying a surfboard, crate, skis, or other large items, please call our reservation center for special instructions: (800) 410-4444

What do “Meet and Greet” and “Will Call” mean?

These two terms apply to our two service options available for rides from the airport.

  • “Meet and Greet” means you have made a reservation ahead of time and one of our vehicle operators will be waiting for you inside the airport, typically at baggage claim.
  • “Will Call” requires you to call when your flight lands and you have collected your luggage to request a vehicle, and one is sent promptly to pick you up.

Where will I find my vehicle at the airport?

For “Meet and Greet” service, the driver will meet you at baggage claim. For “Will Call” service, give us a call and follow the instructions on our Find Us page.

Can the driver meet me inside the airport when I arrive?

Yes, our vehicle operators can meet you inside the airport. Just be sure to request the “Meet and Greet” option while booking your ride from the airport, if it is available.

What if my flight is late when I am arriving?

Since vehicles are dispatched upon your flight’s arrival, there are no additional charges if your flight is delayed.

Can I book a ride to somewhere other than the airport?

If you would like service between non-airport destinations (from your hotel to a meeting, for instance), please call our reservations line, at (800) 410-4444 . We are not currently able to book non-airport transportation via this website.

When I make a reservation online, do I have to prepay?

Reservations for rides from the airport serve as a prepayment and are designed to save customers time and energy booking their shared ride. We recognize that the majority of our guests prefer to pay for travel expenses by credit card. Once you arrive at your destination, you simply sign for the ride instead of waiting for change or credit card approval. After a long trip, it’s one less thing to worry about, which is why prepayment has become the norm for the travel industry.

Can I pay with cash?

No. All rides require advance reservation and prepayment by credit card or direct bill.

Can I use direct billing?

Yes. For our corporate accounts, we are happy to arrange for a Direct Bill account. When paying, select the payment type on our website and enter your DB account number. Your account administrator may have assigned a password to your account. If so, you'll be prompted for the password.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Is ExecuCar Express a shared-ride service?

No. We are a private transportation service; you and your party will not share your ride with other passengers.

Why should I register with ExecuCarExpress.com?

Registering with us provides convenience for you. With important information stored, including frequently used addresses and frequent flyer accounts, making future reservations with us quicker and easier. You'll also be able to view previous reservations, quickly cancel your reservation online, or view the details of your reservation.

Do I have to register with ExecuCarExpress.com?

There is no requirement to register with ExecuCarExpress.com. However, registering with our website allows you to store information in your profile (addresses, credit cards, airline rewards, etc.) so that future bookings are quick and easy.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Keeping your personal information and any credit card information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Any information that is exchanged between your computer and our server during our web-based reservation process is SSL 128-bit encrypted. This can be verified by the following methods:

  • The URL should begin with "https." This indicates a secure connection.
  • You should see a padlock icon in the status bar area of your browser when viewing encrypted pages. You can double click this padlock to view information regarding the security certificate of any site.

Please do not send credit card information via email for booking purposes.

In addition to encrypting your information during transmission, we recognize a responsibility to ensure our systems are secure from outside intrusion. Our web server is independently tested every night for Internet security vulnerabilities. This testing can be verified by the presence of the "Hacker Safe" logo on our pages. You can click the logo to verify that our server passes the FBI/SANS Internet Security test.

Can anyone make a reservation and use ExecuCar Express?

ExecuCar Express service is open to any travelers over the age of 16. Travelers under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present to use this service.
